Abstrak

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) context, 2) input, 3) process, and 4) early childhood development program product Raudhatul Jinan. The study design is using an evaluative research approach model context, input, process, product (CIPP). Place of research is at play group Raudhatul Jinan with research subjects’ were head of PAUD, tutors, and parents of students. Technique that is used in collecting data was observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique that used is descriptive quantitative score percentage with good value = 76%-100%, just 60%-75%, and less <60%. Using a rating scale of measurement scale and Guttman’s scale (Sugiyono, 2007). The results showed: 1) the component context, early age children learning climate 86.66% categorized good, 2) component inputs, availability of facilities and infrastructure is still limited and does not provide for a minimum. The availability of infrastructure is only 80%. The needs of facilities fulfilled only 57.5%. The availability of operational costs only 53.65% of the ideal unit cost per student per year. Motivation tutor /instructor of PAUD which was about 23 categorized high scores. Parents’ support 61.17% categorized enough. The student’s based on the indicator of age suits trhe standard of play group, background of parents and student development towards early learning is low, 3) components of process, program planning 70% categorized enough, the acquisition value of 69.23% categorized the program enough, and the achievement of denomination 68% categorized adequate, and 4) the component product, program achievement longterm achievement in the form of an annual program of 78% means that the practices were being well. While the implementation of short-term of learning goal in a semester that has not been achieved, occurs in the formation of behavior and habituation in aspects of child development. Children who get good mark category were about 10.37% of 106 students. The purpose of the development which is easy to reach was physical development. Children who get good mark category were about 84.91% of 106 students. Key word : CIPP Evoluation, Childern development, The result of learning
