Abstrak

ABSTRACT Parents of children who will crave healthy and growing normally. Children will grow optimally and healthy to be someone who is mature when all the nutritional intake. High prices are also a lot of milk cause parents to provide alternate food prices are relatively cheap to support nutritional intake. Price of one brand of milk formula made not a few parents to replace with another brand of formula milk prices are relatively cheap. This research will focus on the analysis of milk demand Dancow toddler in Metro cities associated with the level of price and consumer income. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect on milk prices Dancow toddler toddlers Dancow milk demand in Metro City, to determine the effect the price of milk substitute products of other brands of milk demand Dancow toddler in Metro City, to investigate the effect of demand for milk products complement Dancow toddlers in Metro City, and to determine the effect of consumer income on milk demand Dancow toddler in Metro City. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. Data collected by mall intercept survey method interviewer. Where researchers directly providing questions to the respondents who happened to be in shopping centers, are open questions. Based on the calculation result known that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.1414, meaning that only about 14.14% milk Dancow diversity of demand that can be explained by five independent variables, namely price Dancow toddler milk, substitute another brand of product prices, the price of complementary products, and consumer income. ABSTRAK Orang tua akan mendambakan anak yang sehat dan tumbuh dengan normal. Anak akan tumbuh optimal dan sehat menjadi seseorang yang dewasa bila semua asupan gizinya terpenuhi. Mahalnya harga susu juga banyak membuat orang tua untuk memberikan makanan pengganti yang harganya relatif murah untuk menunjang asupan gizi balita. Mahalnya harga salah satu merek susu formula membuat tidak sedikit orang tua mengganti dengan susu formula merek lain yang harganya relatif murah. Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada analisis permintaan susu Dancow balita di kota Metro dihubungkan dengan tingkat harga dan pendapatan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh harga susu Dancow balita terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro, untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga produk pengganti susu merek lain terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro, untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk pelengkap terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan konsumen terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survei mall intercept interviewer. Dimana peneliti langsung memberikan pertanyaan kepada responden yang kebetulan berada di pusat perbelanjaan, pertanyaan bersifat terbuka. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,1414 artinya hanya sekitar 14,14% keragaman dari permintaan susu Dancow balita yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas, yaitu harga susu Dancow balita, harga produk pengganti merek lain, harga produk pelengkap, dan pendapatan konsumen. Faktor lain diluar model sekitar 86% sendiri yang mempengaruhi. Harga susu Dancow balita, harga produk pengganti susu merek lain, harga produk pelengkap secara statistik tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini mendukung konsep hukum satu harga. Sedangkan untuk pendapatan konsumen secara statistik berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan susu Dancow balita di Kota Metro.
