Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Telah dilakukan analisis voltammogram siklik senyawa klorambusil atau leukeran (asam 4-[p-(bis [2-kloroetil]amino)fenil]butirat) pada variasi elektroda acuan menggunakan elektroda kerja glasi karbon. Senyawa klorambusil merupakan zat pengalkil, turunan mustar nitrogen yang digunakan untuk mengobati penyakit kanker. Reaktifitas kimia karbokation pada klorambusil berhubungan erat dengan konstanta laju reaksi kimianya, yang dapat dikaji melalui proses elektrolisis pada voltammetri siklik. Parameter elektrokimia untuk menghitung nilai kf dihasilkan dari voltammogram siklik yaitu arus puncak anodik (ipa), arus puncak katodik (ipc), potensial puncak anodik (Epa), potensial puncak katodik (Epc). Parameter tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan nilai konstanta laju reaksi kimia maju (kf). Nilai kf senyawa klorambusil dihitung dengan metode Nicholson-Shain melalui perbandingan nilai ipc/ipa tidak terkoreksi dan ipc/ipa terkoreksi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl nilai kf tidak terkoreksi yaitu (4,634 ± 0,730) s-1 dan (4,700 ± 0,433) s-1. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai kf tidak terkoreksi pada variasi elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl. Sedangkan nilai kf terkoreksi yaitu (2,137 ± 0,765) s-1, dan (2,044 ± 0,985) s-1. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat yang signifikan perbedaan nilai kf terkoreksi pada variasi elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl. ABTRACT CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRIC ANALYSYS OF CHLORAMBUCIL USING DIFFERENCE REFERENCE ELECTRODES AND GLASSYCARBON AS WORKING ELECTRODE The analysis cyclic voltammogram done of chlorambucil or leukeran (acid4-[p-(bis[2-chloroethyl]amino)phenyl]butyrate) has been conducted to difference reference electrodes and glassycarbon.as working electrode Chlorambucil Alkylating compounds are substances, nitrogen mustard derivative which is used to treat cancer. Chemistry reactivity of carbocation is closely related to the chemical reaction rate constants (kf) that can be studied through electrolysis at cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical parameters used to count kf from cyclic voltammogram i.e. anodic peak current (ipa), peak current cathodic (ipc), anodic peak potential (Epa), cathodic peak potential (Epc). Parameters obtained are used as a reference for determining the value of advanced chemical reaction rate constants (kf). The value of kf of the compound chlorambucil calculated by the method of Nicholson-Shain value ipc/ipa incorrected and corrected. The results showed for reference electrode Ag and Ag/AgCl the value of kf incorrected (4.634 ± 0.730) s-1 and (4.700 ± 0.433) s-1. While the value of kf corrected that (2.137 ± 0.765) s-1, and (2.044 ± 0.985) s-1. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the value kf in within variation reference electrode Ag and Ag/AgCl with value ipc/ipa incorrected or corrected.
