Abstrak
Telah dilakukan analisis voltammogram siklik senyawa klorambusil (4-[bis(2-kloroetil) amino] asam butanoil benzena) pada variasi elektroda acuan menggunakan elektroda kerja emas. Obat antikanker pada umumnya bersifat zat pengalkil yang bekerja melalui pembentukan ion karbonium (alkil) atau kompleks lain yang sangat reaktif. Reaktifitas kimia karbokation senyawa klorambusil berhubungan erat dengan konstanta laju reaksi kimianya, yang dapat dikaji melalui proses elektrolisis pada voltammetri siklik. Voltammetri siklik menghasilkan voltammogram siklik dengan beberapa parameter yaitu arus puncak anodik (ipa), arus puncak katodik (ipc), potensial puncak anodik (Epa), potensial puncak katodik (Epc). Nilai parameter tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan nilai konstanta laju reaksi kimia maju (kf) senyawa klorambusil dengan metode Nicholson-Shain melalui perbandingan nilai ipc/ipa tidak terkoreksi dan ipc/ipa terkoreksi. Hasil penelitian dari nilai kf tidak terkoreksi pada elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl, yaitu (0,244 ± 0,08) s-1 dan (0,214 ± 0,08) s-1. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai kf tidak terkoreksi pada variasi elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl. Sedangkan nilai kf terkoreksi pada variasi elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl, yaitu (0,0782 ± 0,0100) s-1, dan (0,0446 ± 0,0150) s-1. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai kf terkoreksi pada variasi elektroda acuan Ag dan Ag/AgCl. ABSTRACT CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRIC ANALYSIS OF CHLORAMBUCIL USING DIFFERENT REFERENCE ELECTRODES AND GOLD AS WORKING ELECTRODE In this study, Chlorambucil Cyclic (4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino] benzene butanoil acid) which is well known as anticancer compound,was analysed using cyclic voltammetry with two different reference electrodes and gold as working eletrode. Cyclic voltammograms generated were used to calculate electrochemical parameters associated with electrolysis characteristict of the sample. Voltammogram cyclic generated parameters to calculate the value of kf i.e. anodic peak current (ipa), peak current cathodic (ipc), anodic peak potential (Epa), cathodic peak potential (Epc). The parameter value is used as a reference for determining the value of advanced chemical reaction rate constants (kf) compound chloramb ofucil calculated by the method of Nicholson-Shain through comparison of ipc/ipa uncorrected and ipc/ipa corrected. Using Ag and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode, the uncorrected value of kf was (0,244 ± 0,08) s-1 and (0,214 ± 0,08) s-1. Statistical analysis showed there was no significant difference in the values uncorrected kf for variation reference electrode Ag and Ag/AgCl for kf. For Ag and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode, the corrected value of kf was (0,0782 ± 0,0100) s-1 and (0,0446 ± 0,0150) s-1. And statistical analysis showed there was no significant difference in the values corrected kf for variation reference electrode Ag and Ag/AgCl.
