Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Permasalahan yang ada di dalam penelitian ini ialah kinerja Anggota Kepolisian Resort Lampung Utara yang masih rendah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari lima tahun terakhir angka kriminalitas yang masih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian Resort Lampung Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota dinas terkait dengan jumlah sampel 80 anggota dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota, sedangkan variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota. Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Anggota walaupun secara parsial Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Anggota. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 20,1% menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja, sedangkan sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan persamaan Y (Kinerja) = 11,362 + 0,481 (Kepemimpinan) + 0,084 (Budaya Organisasi) + 0,098 (Disiplin Kerja). Nilai tersebut mempunyai arti nilai konstanta Kinerja jika tidak ada semua variabel independen yaitu Kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) adalah sebesar 11,362, sementara nilai koefisien variabel Kepemimpinan sebesar 0,481, variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 0,084 dan variabel Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,098. Hasil uji F diperoleh sebesar 6,389 > 2,21 menunjukkan bahwa hasil F hitung > F tabel, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATION CULTURE AND DISCIPLINE TO THE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ON POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT COUNTRY LEVEL LAMPUNG UTARA CITY The problems that exist in this study is the performance of North Lampung Police Administrative Unit Country Level are still low. It can be seen from the last five years the crime rate is still high. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect Leadership, Organization Culture and Discipline to the Employee Performance on Police Administrative Unit Country Level North Lampung. The methode of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research population is all employee of the Police Administrative Unit Country Level with a total sample 80 employee with random sampling technique. Data analysis which used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferensial statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on this research the conclusion is Leadership variable has a significantly effect to the employee performance, Culture Organization and Discilpine variables give an effect too but it didn’t too significant. Its give an effect to the employee performance but the Leadership is dominant than the Organization Culture and Discipline to increase the employee performance. Correlations of coefficient is about 20,1 % indicator that their relationship (Leadership, Organization Culture and Discipline) with employee, whereas the rest can beexplained by another factors are not included in this research model. Results of multiple linear regression showed the equation Y (Performance) = 11.362 + 0.481 (Leadership) + 0,084 (Cultural Organizations) + 0.098 (Work Discipline). This value has meaning constant value of performance if no all the independent variables, Leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) is equal to 11.362, while the value of variable coefficients Leadership are 0.481, cultural variable organization are 0,084 and a variable Discipline work are 0.098The result of F test is about 6,389 > 2,21 indicates that result of the F count > F table and then Ho rejected and Ha accepted.
