Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Everyone will be learn continuously to develop their talents, interest, as well as their career. Entrepreneurship career can support people‟s welfere as well as gives a lot of choices of goods and services to eitheir domestic or overseas consumer. The entrepreneurship is the one of implementation form to fufil people‟s welfore. Meanwhile, a succeed entrepreneur has unique characters (entrepreneur spirit) as a gift or learning results. The aim of this research is to test the influence of entrepreneur spirit partially and simultaneously of the following variables : self-esteem, task and result orientation, taking risk, leadership, originality, and future orientation to the career development. The type of this research is explanatory research. The populations of this research is the active distributor of Oriflame MLM in Bandar Lampung. The data of this research was obtained from 70 distributors of Oriflame. The samples were taken by using Purposive Sampling. The data analyzed was done by multiple linear regression. The result shows that entrepreneur spirit with variables : self-esteem, task and result orientation, talking risk, leadership, originality and future orientation have influence simultanly to individual career development. Partially, taking risk not influence to individual career development. To self-esteem, task and result orientation, leadership, originality and future orientation have influence to individual career development.
