Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine internal and external factors that affect consumers in buying a plane ticket in CV.Isabela Tour & Travel in Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is descriptive verification research. The population in this research is the airplane tickets user at CV. Isabela Tour & Travel Bandar Lampung with 75 sample respondents. Data collection technique used are questionnaire with Likert scale. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis. To test the validity and reliability of research instrument with using Product Moment correlation and Cronbach Alpha. There are two factors that influence in customer purchase decisions in the CV. Isabela Tour & Travel airplane tickets in Bandar Lampung, that is internal factors and external factors. The internal factors that construct airplane tickets purchase decisions in the CV. Isabela Tour & Travel is a motivation, while the external factors that affect the purchase of airplane tickets decisions are culture and social groups. The influence Level of internal and external factors in a airplane tickets purchase in CV. Isabela Tour & Travel in Bandar Lampung, respectively are 31.079% and 32.966%, which indicates that external factors have more influence than internals.
