In order to support Golkar party programs Bandar Lampung, good performance could be performed by members of the Board of the Golkar Party as an intermediary party in the party program submit diparlemen to be a policy. Performance is a picture of an employment outcome achieved by a person or group of people within an organization, about the level of achievement of good implementation of activities, programs or policies in accordance with the authority and responsibility in achieving their respective goals and objectives organisasi.Diduga problems that arise in connection with performance of members of Parliament in the area (DPRD) Bandar Lampung from Golkar party in the fight for party programs are not yet party to the realization of the program into a policy, due to a lack of understanding of the issues that council members within the program, a board member of the Golkar Party, Bandar Lampung can not explain to board members from other parties that the program was born from the community and the public interest. Those problems will berpengruh against the performance of members of Parliament in the area (DPRD) Bandar Lampung in the fight for the party program. The aim study is to investigate the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Bandar Lampung from the Golkar Party in fighting for the party program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative that describe objectively about a situation in which the natural conditions of the situation in this case is characteristic of a description, picture or painting in a systematic, factual and accurate statement of the facts, properties and relationships between phenomena which will be investigated, to describe the performance of members of the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) of the Golkar Party and the constraints faced in supporting the programs of the Golkar Party Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the performance of local Member of Parliament (DPRD) Bandar Lampung menperjuangkan Golkar Party in the party program as a whole has not achieved the results from the target or targets that have been established and still finding obstacles in their implementation.
