Smoking behaviour basically harmful with healthiness, because it composition with some poison unsure, such as nicotine, TAR and monoacids carbon that can poisoned the smoker. Beside of that, cigarette has strong addiction effect that made smoker difficult to stop smoking. Smoking was a big threat for the future of human being generation and county, that Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) established forbidden statute for smoking, because there was no usefully of smoking but it might be caused some harmfully, not only for the smoker but for the other people among the smoker. The objective of this research is to describe the influence of Fatwa Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) about smoking forbidening toward student smoking behaviour. Research type which applied in this research is quantitative descriptive, with taking sample that is Non Regular Men Students of Communication Department Grade 2006/2007 - 2007/2008 FISIP Lampung University counted 67 students. Data collecting technique conducted with questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique conducted by using simple linear regression and crossed table. The result of the research show that according to simple linear regression, Fatwa Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) about smoking forbidening influenced toward Non Regular Men Students of Communication Department Grade 2006/2007- 2007/2008 FISIP Lampung University smoking behaviour with value counted 32,7% dan according to crossed table analysis counted 22,39%. The level of it influence means that even though student knew obout Fatwa Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) about smoking forbidening, but they still smoking. Hypothesis test show that TCounted > T Table with value 4.087 > 2.000, it mean that Fatwa Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) about smoking forbidening influenced toward Non Regular Men Students of Communication Department Grade 2006/2007- 2007/2008 FISIP Lampung University
