Abstrak

Abstrak Kesehatan adalah hak fundamental setiap warga negara, setiap individu, keluarga dan masyarakat berhak memperoleh perlindungan terhadap kesehatannya dan negara bertanggung jawab mengatur agar masyarakat terpenuhi hak hidup sehat bagi warga negara, termasuk bagi masyarakat miskin dan tidak mampu. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam pembangunan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah dengan melaksanakan kebijakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat (Jamkesmas). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Hubungan Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Masyarakat Pengguna Program Jamkesmas pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat miskin pengguna Program Jamkesmas pada RSUD Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang yang berjumlah 96 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Rumus Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang dengan kepuasan masyarakat pengguna Program Jamkesmas dengan nilai sebesar 0.793 atau 79,3%. Adapun pengaruh pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna Program Jamkesmas dengan nilai sebesar 0.629 atau 62,9%.Hubungan tersebut bernilai positif, artinya apabila pelayanan Rumah Sakit ditingkatkan maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna Program Jamkesmas juga akan mengalami peningkatan. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach, applied to sample that poor people as the user of Public Healthy Guaranty Program counted 96 people.Data collecting technique was conducted by observation, questionnaire and documentation.
