Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu peran pemerintah dalam perekonomian yaitu peran stabilisasi, utamanya adalah stabilisasi pangan. Salah satu intervensi yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengupayakan stabilitas harga pangan Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel pada Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2009-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Panel untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan beras dan uji Cusum untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan Harga Pembelian Pemerintah ( Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Harga pembelian Pemerintah ( ABSTRACT One role of government in the economy is stabilizing role, is the main food stabilization. One of the interventions made by the government to seek the stability of food prices This study uses a panel regression method to determine the factors that influence the demand for rice and Cusum test to determine the effectiveness of the policy of Government Purchasing Price Keywords : Government Policy Purchase Price, Rice Retail Price, Corn Retail Price, Population, PerCapita Income, Rice Demand,Panel Regression, Cusum Test.
