Abstrak

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum semua guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kemiling mampu mendesain pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kemiling dalam mendesain pembelajaran khususnya dalam membuat Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RKH).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatifkualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kemiling yang berjumlah 75 orang.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RKH) dan wawancara.Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis, untuk menganalisis dua jenis data kuantitatif-kualitatif digunakan data campuran kuantitatif-kualitatif, yakni data yang bersifat kuantitatif dideskripsikan dan dipersentasikan kemudian dianalisa secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian dan analisis penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa belum semua guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kemiling memiliki kompetensiyang tinggi dalam mendesain pembelajaran, terutama dalam hal penentuan tema kegiatan, perancangan kegiatan inti dan perancangan penilaian, rendahnya kompetensi guru PAUD pada ketiga aspek tersebut di dominasi oleh guru PAUD yang berlatar belakang pendidikan Non PAUD. Namun pada aspek yang lain mereka umumnya sudah memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi, yakni dalam perumusan tujuan, perancangan kegiatan pembuka dan penutup, penentuan media dan sumber belajar serta penentuan alokasi waktu. This study uses quantitativequalitative descriptive study. The study population was all early childhood teachers in the district Kemiling totaling 75 people. In this study, using sampling techniques saturated. Data collection techniques used documentation study plan daily activities and interviews. Data were collected and analyzed, to analyze the two types of data used quantitative-qualitative quantitative-qualitative mixed data, namely quantitative data were presented later described and analyzed qualitatively. Results of research and analysis studies show that not all early childhood teachers in District Kemiling have competence in designing learning, especially in terms of the determination of theme activities, scenario planning study and design of assessment, lack of competence of teachers of early childhood education on these three aspects is dominated by early childhood teachers with background Non early childhood education. However, in other aspects they are generally competent, namely the formulation of objectives, the design of the opening and closing events, the determination of the media and learning resources as well as determining the allocation of time.
