ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Tanjung Senang, Kelurahan Tanjung Senang, Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung dimana keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guruguru yang telah lulus sertifikasi. Melalui sertifikasi yang telah didapatkan, diharapkan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja responden yang semakin baik sehingga menghasilkan tenaga pendidik yang profesional. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan uji pengaruh dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil perhitungan korelasi antarvariabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru. Secara keseluruhan arah hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut positif. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai sertifikasi guru maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kinerja guru. Besarnya korelasi antara variabel sertifikasi guru dengan variabel kinerja guru adalah 0,816. Besarnya pengaruh antara variabel sertifikasi guru terhadap variabel kinerja guru adalah 0,678 atau sama dengan 67,8%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: sertifikasi, kinerja guru ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of teacher certification on teacher performance. The study was conducted on teachers in the public elementary school 2 Tanjung Senang, District Tanjung Senang, Village Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung in which all respondents in this study were teachers who have passed the certification. Through certification has been obtained, is expected to give effect to the better performance of the respondents to produce professional educators. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 21 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, while the influence of the test performed using simple linear regression. The results of calculation of correlation between the variables showed that there is a significant relationship between teacher certification with the performance of teachers. The overall direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. this suggests that the higher the value of the certification, the higher the value of teacher performance. The magnitude of the correlation between the variables of teacher certification with the variable performance of teachers was 0,816. The amount of influence between the variables of teacher certification to teacher performance variable is equal to 0.678 or 67.8%. It can be concluded that there are significant among the certification of teachers on teacher performance. Keywords: certification, performance of teachers
