Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan memberikan rekomendasi serta mendeskripsikan kinerja guru fisika bersertifikat pendidik di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Tanggamus dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan pengawas dari 24 Sekolah Menengah Atas. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampel yaitu 8 kepala sekolah dan 8 pengawas, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dianalisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ketercapaian kinerja guru fisika bersertifikat pendidik di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Tanggamus sebegai berikut: kinerja guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran: 19% katagori baik, 69% katagori cukup dan 12% katagori kurang, kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran: 19% katagori baik, 56% katagori cukup dan 25% katagori kurang, dan kinerja guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran: 19% katagori baik, 62% katagori cukup dan 19% katagori kurang. Berdasarkan hasil ketercapaian kinerja guru dari masing-masing aspek, bahwa beberapa faktor kinerja guru fisika yang perlu di tingkatkan lagi diantaranya: aspek perencanaan yaitu pengembangan silabus dan RPP, persiapan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dan penyusunan evaluasi pembelajaran, aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran, media dan sumber belajar dan aspek evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu kesesuaian instrument dengan tujuan dan karakteristik pembelajaran, pengelolaan dan analisis hasil evaluasi, perencanaan program tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tanggamus agar memberikan dukungan berupa kegiatan Pelatihan, Workshop, IHT maupun Bimtek peningkatan kompetensi guru dan melakukan supervise secara intensif melalui kepala sekolah dan pengawas kepada guru-guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik khususnya dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran guna menghasilkan pendidikan yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Kata kunci : kinerja guru, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS The purpose of this study was to obtain information and provide recommendations as well as describe the physics teacher performance certified educator in high school Tanggamus in the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The study population was the principal and the superintendent of 24 high schools. The research sample is determined by purposive sample of eight school principals and 8 supervisors, data collection technique using questionnaires and the data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative. The results of the research achievement of performance physics teachers are certified educators in high school Tanggamus following: the performance of teachers in lesson planning: 19% category of good, 69% categories sufficient and 12% category of less, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning: 19% category of good, 56 % category enough and 25% less category, and the performance of teachers in the learning evaluation: 19% good category, 62% and 19% category enough categories less. Based on the results of the achievement of the performance of teachers from each aspect, that multiple performance factors physics teacher needs to be improved further include: planning aspects, namely the development of syllabi and lesson plans, preparation of ICT-based learning and the development of learning evaluation, the implementation aspect of learning is the ability of teachers in the use of learning approaches, media and learning resources and aspects of learning evaluation instrument that is conformity with the purposes and characteristics of learning, management and analysis of the results of the evaluation, planning, follow-up results of the evaluation program. Recommendations are given to the Department of Education Tanggamus in order to provide support in the form of training activities, workshops, IHT and Bimtek improvement of teacher competence and conduct supervision intensively with principals and supervisors to teachers who are already certified educators, especially in the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in order to produce better education and quality.
