Frakturadalahhilangnyakontinuitastulang, tulangrawandanlempengpertumbuhan yang disebabkanoleh trauma dan non trauma.Penatalaksanaanawalpadapasienfraktursangatlahpenting.KeterlambatanberobatpadapenderitafrakturdarisegiklinismengacupadaistilahNeglected fracture yaitusuatupatahtulangdenganatautanpadislokasi yang tidakditanganiatauditanganidengantidaksemestinyasehinggamenghasilkankeadaanketerlambatandalampenanganan, ataukondisi yang lebihburukdanbahkankecacatan. Keterlambatanberobatpadapasienfrakturdapatdisebabkankarenaadanyafactorperilakukesehatanmasyarakat. Penelitianini dilakukan untukmengetahuifaktor-faktor yang berhubungandengankejadianneglected fracture pasien RSUD A. DadiTjokrodipo Bandar Lampung. Desainpenelitianiniadalahobsevasional-analitikdenganpendekatancross-sectionaldanmelibatkan 30 responden yang mengalamineglected fracture. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukanadanyahubunganbermaknapadafactortingkatpendidikan (p = 0,026), pengetahuanfraktur (p = 0,03), danbudaya(p = 0,024). Padafactortingkatekonomidanketerjangkauanpelayanankesehatantidakmemilikihubunganbermaknadimananilai p = ≥ 0,05. Kata kunci :fraktur, keterlambatanberobat, neglected fracture ABSTRACT A fracture is a loss of continuity of bone, cartilage and growth plate caused by trauma and non-trauma. Initial management of fracture patients is very important. Delay treatment in patients with fractures of the clinical aspect refers to the term Neglected fracture is a fracture dislocation with or without untreated or treated improperly resulting in delays in the handling of state, or condition worse and even disability. Delay of treatment in patients with fractures may be due to a public health behavioral factors. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the incidence of neglected fracture patients in regional public hospital A. DadiTjokrodipo Bandar Lampung. The study design was observational – analytic with cross-sectional approach and involved 30 respondents who have neglected fracture. The results showed a significant relation to the education level factor (p = 0,026), fracture of knowledge (p = 0,03) and culture (p = 0,024). At the economic level factor and affordability of health care does not have a significant relation in which the value of p = ≥ 0,05. Keywords : fracture , delay of treatment, neglected fracture
