ABSTRAK Masalah penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar tematik yang masih rendah pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Pre Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk penelitian One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VB sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan juga sebagai kelompok kontrol sebanyak 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar tematik siswa pada model pembelajaran Discovery Learning lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar tematik siswa pada model konvensional. Serta nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada model Discovery Learning lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada model konvensional. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. ABSTRACT The problem of this research is thematic learning outcomes are still low in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu in school year 2014/2015. This study aims to determine the effect of using learning model Discovery Learning on learning outcomes thematic fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung in school year 2014/2015. This research used research Pre Experimental Design with research forms one group pretest posttest design. Sample of this research was done by using purposive sampling. The sample was graders VB as well as an experimental group and a control group of 30 students. The results of this study showed that the average value of thematic learning outcomes of students in the learning model Discovery Learning is higher than the average value of thematic learning outcomes of students in conventional model. As well as the average value of learning activities of students on the model of Discovery Learning is higher than the average value of student learning activities on the conventional model. It can be concluded that there are significant learning model using Discovery Learning on learning outcomes thematic fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung in school year 2014/2015.
