Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Program pemberdayaan perempuan telah dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya penyelesaian permasalahan marginalisasi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Sehingga sudah banyak pemerintah daerah yang telah menjalankan program pemberdayaan perempuan, meskipun beberapa diantaranya masih belum berjalan efektif. Adapun salah satu daerah yang telah menjalankannya yaitu Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, yakni melalui program terpadu Peningkatan Peran Perempuan menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera (P3KSS). Yang berfokus untuk meningkatkan perekonomian warga binaan. Sehubungan dengan program tersebut, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program P3KSS, yang dilaksanakan di Kampung Onoharjo Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah pada tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. . Hasil penelitian efektivitas pemberdayaan sebagian besar sudah tercapai, namun ada beberapa hal yang belum. Aspek partisipasi, pendistribusian bantuan kurang melibatkan partsipasi warga binaan, karena semua yang menentukan pembagian bantuan adalah pihak P3KSS. Proses sosialisasi belum mampu meningkatkan pemahaman warga binaan mengenai program P3KSS, sehingga beberapa usaha yang didirikan tidak mampu bertahan. Aspek keberlanjutan, beberapa usaha tidak dapat berlanjut, karena anggota kesulitan dalam memperoleh bahan baku, modal tidak berlanjut, dan minimnya sumber daya manusia yang dapat menjalankan program. Kata kunci: Efektifitas, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Program P3KSS abstract Women's empowerment program has been used as one of the efforts to resolve the problem of marginalization in several regions in Indonesia. So many local governments which have implemented the empowerment of women, although some of them still had not been effective. The one area that has been run is Government of Central Lampung Regency through the integrated program Peningkatan Peran Perempuan menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera (P3KSS). Which focuses on improving the economy of inmates. In connection with the program, this study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the program P3KSS, which was held in Kampung Besar Terbanggi Onoharjo District of Central Lampung regency in 2015. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, documentation and observation The results of the study the effectiveness of empowerment largely been achieved, but there are some things that have not. Aspects of participation, involving less aid distribution of participation of inmates, because all that determines the distribution of aid is the P3KSS. The socialization process has not been able to improve the understanding of inmates regarding P3KSS program, so some established businesses are not able to survive. Aspects of sustainability, some businesses can not continue, because members of the difficulty in obtaining raw materials, capital does not continue, and the lack of human resources to run the program.
