Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Program Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai (Program Kebersamaan untuk Keberhasilan), merupakan program unggulan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai program pembangunan, pemberdayaan apratur pemerintahan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang melibatkan berbagai satuan kerja perangkat daerah, termasuk pemerintah Kecamatan. Camat dalam konteks program ini melaksanakan fungsi fungsi koordinasi, baik secara vertikal maupun fungsional. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: ”Bagaimanakah efektivitas koordinasi pelaksanaan Program Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai oleh Camat di Kecamatan Pagar Dewa Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat?” Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas koordinasi pelaksanaan Program Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai oleh Camat di Kecamatan Pagar Dewa Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Penanggungjawan Program, Kepala Sekretariat Tim Fasilitasi Kabupaten, Anggota Tim Fasilitasi Kabupaten, Sekretaris Kecamatan, Fasilitator Kecamatan, UPK dan Pokmas. Analisis data dilakukan denan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data atau display dan mengambil kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas koordinasi pelaksanaan Program RSMW oleh Camat di Kecamatan Pagar Dewa Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat masuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, yang didasarkan pada hasil temuan penelitian: (1) Koordinasi vertikal, dilaksanakan Camat Pagar Dewa dengan cukup efektif yaitu mengadakan rapat-rapat perencanaan dengan Tim Fasilitasi Kabupaten Program RSMW, yang terdiri dari Penanggungjawab Program (Asisten I), Kepala Sekretariat Tim Fasilitasi Kabupaten (Kepala Bidang Tata Pemerintahan) dan Anggota Tim Fasilitasi Kabupaten (Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung/Kelurahan). Koordinasi ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka merencanakan pelaksanaan program di bidang pemberdayaan aparatur, pembangunan fasilitas fisik dan peningkatan ekonomi produktif. (2) Koordinasi Fungsional, dilaksanakan Camat Pagar Dewa dengan cukup efektif, yaitu dengan cara rapat perencanaan dengan Tim Fasilitasi Kecamatan, Unit Pengelola Kecamatan (UPK) Program RSMW dan Kelompok Masyarakat (Pokmas) dalam pelaksanaan Program RSMW. Selain itu Camat turun secara langsung ke lokasi pelaksanaan program di Kecamatan Pagar Dewa. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Koordinasi, Program RSMW Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai Program (Togetherness for Success Program), a flagship program of the Government of West Tulang Bawang Regency to integrate various development programs, empowerment and community empowerment government staff involving local work units, including the District government. Camat in the context of this program carry out coordination functions, both vertically and functional. The main issue of this research is: “How is effectiveness of coordination on Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai Program by District Head of Pagar Dewa on West Tulang Bawang Regency” The purpose of the research is to investigate and analyze effectiveness of coordination on Ragem Sai Mangi Wawai Program by District Head of Pagar Dewa On West Tulang Bawang Regency. This type of research is qualitative. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. Informants consisted of Master of Program, Head of the Secretariat of the District Facilitation Team, District Facilitation Team Member, Secretary of the District, the District Facilitator, District Management Unit and community groups. Data analysis was conducted primarily to the stages of data reduction, data presentation or display and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research show that effectiveness of coordination on ragem sai mangi wawai Program by District Head of Pagar Dewa on West Tulang Bawang Regency in the category are quite effective, which is based on the research findings: (1) Vertical coordination, subdistrict implemented quite effectively Pagar Dewa is convening a meeting planning with the District Facilitation team RSMW Program, which consists of Responsible Program (Assistant I), Head of the Secretariat of the District Facilitation team (Head of Governance) and the District Facilitation team Members (Community Empowerment Board Village). Coordination is carried out in order to plan the implementation of empowerment programs in the areas of personnel, physical facilities development and improvement of the productive economy. (2) Functional Coordination, District Head Pagar Dewa implemented quite effectively, in particular by the Facilitation Team planning meeting with the District, the District Management Unit program RSMW and community groups in the implementation of the program RSMW.
