Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Obesitas adalah akumulasi lemak berlebihan yang dapat memicu beberapa penyakit seperti diabetes mellitus, penyakit kardiovaskular, dan beberapa bentuk kanker. Salah satu manifestasi dari obesitas ini adalah terjadinya akumulasi lemak di organ yang tidak seharusnya, sehingga dapat merusak organ tersebut seperti hati, otot, jantung dan pankreas. Tempe diketahui dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tempe terhadap gambaran histopatologi lemak pankreas pada mencit jantan obesitas yang diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak tinggi protein. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan 4 kelompok perlakuan. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 ekor mencit jantan. Kelompok I Hasilnya menunjukkan kelompok I ditemukan gambaran normal hingga akumulasi lemak minimal atau derajat 0, kelompok II ditemukan derajat 0,1,2 dan 3, kelompok III ditemukan derajat 0,1 dan 2, serta kelompok IV ditemukan derajat 0. Kelompok II dan IV menunjukkan adanya perbedaan gambaran lemak pankreas yang signifikan yang berarti adanya perbaikan dari kerusakan. Kesimpulannya tempe dapat menurunkan tingkat keparahan perlemakan pankreas. Kata kunci : Obesitas, histopatologi, pankreas, tempe ABSTRACT Obesity is an excessive fat accumulation that can caused some diseases such as diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and some cancer. One of the manifestations of obesity is the fat accumulation in the organs that are not supposed to be, which can damage the organs, such as the liver, muscles, heart and pancreas. Tempeh was known could decrease cholesterol to lower levels. This study aimed to determine the effect of tempe on histopathologic picture pancreas induced obese male mice a high-fat high-protein feed. This study was an experimental design with 4 groups of intervention. Each group contains 6 male mice. Group I The results showed on the first group mostly normal apperarances founded and minimal fat accumulation called grade 0, second group showed grade 0,1,2 and 3, there are grade 0,1 and 2 found in third group, and the fourth group was mostly found grade 0. Between group I and IV showed significant difference appearance that mean there is a repairment from damage before. As a conclusion, tempe that can reduce the severity of fatty pancreas.
