ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti secara empiris faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kepuasan auditor dan sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja auditor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada Kantor Akuntan Publik yang ada di wilayah Kota Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta dan merupakan Kantor Akuntan Publik yang termasuk 10 Besar Akuntan Publik di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara bersama-sama tindakan supervisi dan locus of control berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja auditor, secara parsial variabel tindakan supervisi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja auditor, dan auditor mempunyai locus of control yang berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja selain itu penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja auditor yang mempunyai pengalaman kerja kurang dari dua tahun. Kata Kunci : Tindakan Supervisi, Locus Of Control , Kepuasan Kerja Auditor dan Motivasi Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the factors that led to the satisfaction of the auditors and the extent to which these factors affect the job satisfaction of auditors. The population in this study is limited to the public accounting firm in Jakarta and a public accounting firm that includes 10 of the Public Accountant in Indonesia. The analytical method used is Path Analysis. Based on the research jointly act of supervision and locus of control can affect motivation for the work of auditors, in partial supervision measures positive effect on work motivation auditor, and the auditor has locus of control has positive effects on work motivation, besides the study proves that motivation positive effect on job satisfaction of auditors who have work experience of less than two years. Keywords: Supervision Measures, Locus Of Control, Job Satisfaction and Motivation Work.
