Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi model bisnis yang sedang dijalani oleh UKM Mitra Mina dan menentukan strategi bersaing yang cocok dengan merancang model bisnis yang baru menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di UKM Mitra Mina Desa Sridadi Kecamatan Kalirejo Lampung Tengah. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 8 orang informan yang terlibat langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pilihan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk UKM Mitra Mina dimasing-masing blok bangunan. Elemen customer segment perusahaan fokus dengan pengumpul luar daerah. Elemen value propositions memberikan bonus dan kemudahan dalam transaksi. Elemen channel diperlukan penambahan kolam baru. Elemen customer relationships perusahaan diperlukan untuk memperhatikan ketersediaan ikan Gurame. Elemen revenue streams UKM Mitra Mina berasal dari penjualan barang dan jasa. Elemen key resources perusahaan terdiri dari sumber daya fisik, sumber daya intelektual, sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya finansial. Elemen key activities yang dimiliki terletak pada proses budidaya . Elemen key partnerships utama UKM Mitra Mina berasal dari banyak pemasok, maka diperlukan pemasok tetap untuk pakan dan bibit ikan. Sedangkan elemen terakhir yakni elemen cost structure dari UKM Mitra Mina terdiri dari biaya tetap, biaya variabel dan biaya semi variabel. Kata Kunci : Alternatif Strategi Bisnis, Model Bisniss Canvas, dan UKM Mitra Mina ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This study purpose to determine the description of a business model that is being undertaken by the UKM Mitra Mina and determine a suitable competitive strategy by designing new business models using the Business Model Canvas. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is in the village of UKM Mitra Mina Sridadi Kalirejo District of Central Lampung. Informant selection techniques using snowball sampling. The collection of data used in this study is the depth interviews with 8 informants who are directly involved. These results indicate selection of appropriate business strategy for UKM Mitra Mina in the respective building blocks. Elements of enterprise customer segment focus and the collector outside the area. Element value propositions give bonuses and ease of transaction. Channel element required the addition of a new pool. Elements of customer relationships the company is required to pay attention to the availability of fish Gouramy, Elements of UKM Mitra Mina revenue streams came from sales of goods and services. Elements of key resources companies consist of physical resources, intellectual resources, human resources and financial resources. Elements of key activities possessed lies in the cultivation process. The main elements of key partnerships UKM Mitra Mina comes from many suppliers, it would require a steady supplier for feed and fingerlings. While the last element that elements of the UKM Mitra Mina Workshop cost structure Stomach consist of fixed costs, variable costs and semi-variable costs.
