Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini telah dimotivasi dengan adanya Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN 2015 di Indonesia dan negara ASEAN lainya. Pada Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN terdapat suatu tantangan yang akan dihadapi oleh mahasiswa. Tantangannya adalah kesiapan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dengan kemampuan soft skill yang dimilki. Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN (KEA) akan diberlakukan di tahun 2015 untuk mengintegrasikan ekonomi regional. Seorang professional akuntan atau mahasiswa yang sudah lulus dari jurusan akuntansi di sebuah anggota sebuah negara dapat mencoba praktek atau bekerja sebagai pegawai pada sebuah perusahaan atau membangun usaha sendiri di negara lain. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi perspektif dan kompetensi dari mahasiswa akuntansi di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unila tentang kesiapan pada tantangan dari AEC 2015 dan juga menguji hubungan antara persfektif mahasiswa, keilmuan akuntansi dan soft skill pada kesiapan tantangan-tantangan AEC. Populasi di penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unila di Universitas Lampung. Total dari jumlah responden adalah 90 mahasiswa dari 100 sampel. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini data primer dan untuk menguji data menggunakan software SPSS 21 yang mengandung analisis deskritive, validitas, realibilitas, uji dari koefesien determasi dan test simultan dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis regresi menunjukan hubungan positif antara keilmuan akuntansi dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan pada tantangan AEC 2015 tetapi untuk pemahaman mereka tidka menunjukan hubungan yang positif. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa IPK mahasiswa akuntansi berada di level yang tinggi yaitu rata-rata di atas 3.00 dan banyak mahasiswa yang telah aktif dengan mengikuti beberapa organisasi di kampus tetapi masih kurang dalam kemampuan TOEFL pada bahasa inggris. Kata kunci; Kesiapan AEC 2015, Pemahaman dari AEC, Keilmuan Akuntansi, dan Soft Skill ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This research was motivated some phenomena about some challenges on ASEAN Economic Com-munity and one of them is the readiness student to be more ready in some challenges and skill where it is needed. The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) will be established in 2015 to inte-grate the regional economy. A professional accountant or graduated students from accounting de-partment in a member a country may then apply to practice or work as an employed in the a com-pany or build a firm in other member countries. This research investigates the perspectives and the competencies of Accounting Student in Economic and business faculty at University of Lampung about their readiness for challenging of the AEC 2015 and also tests for relationships between the students perspective, competencies and their level of readiness for AEC challenges. The population in this study was accounting student from Economic and Business Faculty in Uni-versity of Lampung. The total of respondents is 90 students from 100 samples. Data used in this study was primary data and to test the data used SPSS 21 software include a descriptive statistical analysis, validity, reliability, test of coefficient of determination, simultaneous significant test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show a significant positive relationship between scientific ac-counting and soft skill of their readiness on AEC 2015 challenges but for their understandings are not show a significant positive relationship. This study also find that the GAP accounting students are high level which is more 3.00 approximately and many active students but less English TOEFL skill. The level of student’s readiness for the AEC is indicated to be at medium high level. Keywords: The readiness AEC 2015, Understanding of AEC, Scientific of Accounting, and Soft Skill.
