ABSTRAK Umumnya data skala ordinal dianalisis untuk mengetahui presentase menggunakan perhitungan frekuensi. Hasil yang diperoleh ini terkadang sulit untuk ditafsirkan ke dalam makna sebenarnya sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpastian, hal ini yang dinamakan fuzzy (samar). Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui nilai kebenaran tersebut digunakan logika fuzzy. Dalam logika fuzzy, terdapat sistem inferensi fuzzy yang merupakan proses penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan penalaran logika fuzzy. Ada beberapa metode dalam sistem inferensi fuzzy salah satunya yaitu Metode Mamdani. Pada penelitian ini data skala ordinal yang digunakan adalah data dengan lima tingkatan kategori dengan menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan representasi linear naik, turun dan kurva segitiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem inferensi fuzzy Metode Mamdani untuk data skala ordinal berdasarkan tahapan-tahapannya yaitu : penentuan variabel, himpunan dan domain fuzzy, fuzzifikasi, pembentukan aturan fuzzy, mengaplikasikan fungsi implikasi, penentuan komposisi aturan dan defuzzifikasi. Proses akhir yang diharapkan adalah memperoleh aturan secara umum sistem inferensi fuzzy Metode Mamdani untuk data skala ordinal dengan lima tingkatan kategori. Terapan dalam studi kasus yaitu menganalisis suatu tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap pelayanan sekolah dan diperoleh hasil dengan nilai 53 yang berarti tingkat kepuasan menyatakan cukup puas. Kata Kunci: Logika fuzzy, Sistem inferensi fuzzy, Data skala ordinal, Metode Mamdani. ABSTRACT Generally ordinal scale data was analyzed to determine the percentage frequency counts. The results are sometimes difficult to interpret into the true meaning giving rise to uncertainty, it is called fuzzy (vague). One way to determine the truth value of the use of fuzzy logic. In fuzzy logic, there is a fuzzy inference system which is the process of drawing conclusions based on fuzzy logic reasoning. There are several methods in fuzzy inference systems one of which Mamdani method. In this study, the data used is the ordinal scale with five levels of data categories by using the membership function linear representation up, down and curve triangle. This study aimed to analyze the fuzzy inference system Mamdani method for data based on the ordinal scale of its phases, namely: the determination of variables, sets and fuzzy domain, fuzzification, the formation of fuzzy rules, applying function implications, determining the composition of the rules and defuzzification. The expected end process is to obtain general rule fuzzy inference system Mamdani method for ordinal scale data with five levels of categories. Applied in the case study is to analyze a level of student satisfaction with the services of the school and get the result with the value of 53, which means the level of satisfaction expressed quite satisfied.
