Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hak yang paling asasi yang dimiliki oleh setiap orang yang itu diatur dalam UUD 1945. Oleh karena itu, setiap manusia berhak mendapatkan pendidikan tanpa memandang dimana dia bertempat tinggal. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan pendidikan di daerah pendudukkan Moro-moro (studi kasus daerah pendudukkan Moro-moro Kabupaten Mesuji Lampung). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian empiris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemenuhan pendidikan sebagai hak konstitusional di daerah pendudukkan yakni di daerah pendudukkan Moromoro Kabupaten Mesuji telah diberikan dan dipenuhi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Mesuji dengan melakukan perpindahan disekolah terdekat karena Pemerintah Kabupaten Mesuji tidak memiliki atas daerah pendudukkan di Moro-moro tetapi pemerintah kabupaten mesuji menerima anak-anak Pendudukkan Moro-moro di SD N 2 Bukoposo, SD N 1 Gedung Boga, dan SD N 2 Gedung Boga kecamatan way Serdang Kabupaten Mesuji. Pemerintah Kabupaten Mesuji telah merevitalisasi atau membangun sekolah-sekolah tersebut guna menampung anak-anak pendudukkan Moromoro untuk dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya. Namun dalam pemenuhan pendidikan di pendudukkan Moro-moro ini tidak terlaksana dengan baik disebabkan adanya beberapa kendala-kendala dalam pemenuhan pendidikan yakni dari kendala hukum, geografis dan sosial masyarakat. The Constitusional Right Of The Education Accomplishment In Area Of Inhabitant (Case Study Of Moro-Moro Area Sub-Province Mesuji Lampung) Education is the one of human right that belongs to everyone which is set on UUD 1945. There for everyone have a right to get education without considering where he live. The purpose of the research is used to know education accomplishment in the area of Moro-Moro (Case Study Of Moro-Moro, Area Sub-Province Mesuji, Lampung). The type of the research that used is the empirical research type. Based on the result of the research can be concluded that education accomplishment as a right of constitutional in the area of Moro-Moro Sub-Province Mesuji already given and Sufficied by Government of Sub-Province Mesuji to do the movement in the proximate school because of the government on Sub-Province Mesuji do not have the area of Moro-Moro but the government Sub-Province Mesuji accept the children of Moro-Moro area SD N 2 Bukoposo, SD N 1 Bendung Boga, and SD N 2 Gedung Boga Subdistrict of Way Serdang Sub-Province Mesuji. The Government of Sub-Province Mesuji already revitalize or build that schools to accommodate the children of Moro-Moro to be able to continue education. However in a education accomplishment of Moro-Moro is not carried out properly because of any cantraint in a education accomplishment that is the constraint of the law, geographical, and of the society.
