Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel upah, pengalaman kerja, kondisi kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas individual tenaga kerja usaha sewa mobil KPN”SERBA USAHA”. Data yang digunakan adalah data cross section menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square(OLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama- sama variabel upah, pengalaman kerja, kondisi kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas individual tenaga kerja pada sewa mobil KPN “SERBA USAHA”. Secara parsial, variabel upah, pengalaman kerja, kondisi kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas individual tenaga kerja sewa mobil pada KPN”SERBA USAHA. Kata Kunci : Kondisi kerja, Motivasi kerja, Pengalaman kerja Produktivitas individual tenaga kerja, dan upah ABSTRACT The research aims to analyze the effect of wages, working experience, working condition, and working motivation on individual labor productivity in rent car KPN”SERBA USAHA”. The data used is the cross section data using survey method , with multiple linear regression analysis by using Ordinary Least Square method(OLS). The results show that simulataneously the wages, working experience, working condition, and working motivation have significant influence on individual labor productivity at rent car business KPN “SERBA USAHA”.
