Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesesuaian perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dan praktikum dengan standar mutu Unila, menganalisis mutu pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dan praktikum pada perkuliahan Sains Dasar di Jurusan Kimia FMIPA Unila. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif berorientasi tujuan (goal oriented evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dan praktikum dikategorikan baik karena telah sesuai dengan standar mutu Unila; (2) Mutu pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dan praktikum pada perkuliahan Sains Dasar di Jurusan Kimia FMIPA Unila dikategorikan kurang baik; (3) Ketercapaian hasil penilaian pembelajaran berbasis tutorial dan praktikum pada perkuliahan Sains Dasar di Jurusan Kimia FMIPA Unila dikategorikan kurang baik. Kata kunci: evaluasi, praktikum, sains dasar, tutorial The purpose of research is to describe the level of corcondance tutorial and practical based learning lesson plan by quality standards Unila, to analyze the quality of implementation and evaluation tutorial and practical based learning program of basic science chemistry program FMIPA Unila. The research used evaluative approach by the goal oriented evaluation. To collecting the data technique was done by observation, questionnaires, studies documentation. To analyze the data used quantitative analysis. The conclusion of research are; (1) Lesson plan of tutorial and practical based learning were categorized good that appropriate with quality standard of Unila; (2) Quality of the implementation tutorial dan practical based learning in basic science in the department of chemistry FMIPA Unila are less well; (3) The achievement evaluation of practical based learning and tutorial on the basic science in the department of chemistry FMIPA Unila are less well.
