Abstrak

Pabrik Potassium Ammonium Polyphospate berbahan baku Potassium Phospate dan Ammonium Phospate, akan didirikan di kecamatan Way Katibung, Lampung Selatan. Pabrik ini berdiri dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Potassium Ammonium Polyphospate sebanyak 65.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Potassium Phospate sebanyak 9412,49 kg/jam dan Ammonium Phospate sebanyak 7959,09 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik Potassium Ammonium Polyphospate berupa pengadaan air, pengadaan listrik, kebutuhan bahan bakar, dan pengadaan udara. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 143 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 516.068.209.267 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 91.070.860.459 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 607.139.069.726 Break Even Point (BEP) = 61,7 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 29,7 % Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,4 tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 50,9 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 40,7 % Internal rate of return (IRR) = 41,7 % Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Potassium Ammonium Polyphospate ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. abstrak bahasa inggris Potassium Ammonium Polyohospate plant with raw materials, Potassium Phospate and Ammonium Phospate is planned to be built in Way Katibung, South Lampung. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 65.000 tons/year with 330 working days in a year. The raw materials used consist of 9412,49 kg/hour of potassium phospate and 7959,09 kg/hour of ammonium phospate. The utility units consist of water supply system, power generation system, and air supply system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 143 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 516.068.209.267 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 91.070.860.459 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 607.139.069.726 Break Even Point (BEP) = 61,7 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 29,7 % Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,4 tahun Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 50,9 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 40,7 % Internal rate of return (IRR) = 41,7 % Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Calcium Hydroxide plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
