Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi komponen:1)context, tingkat kebutuhan siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling, dukungan sekolah terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling, iklim sekolah 2)input, karakteristik siswa, karakteristik guru bimbingan konseling, sarana dan prasarana bimbingan konseling dan kelembagaan 3) process, apa yang dilakukan siswa dan guru dalam pelayanan bimbingan konseling serta monitoring apa yang pernah diterima oleh bimbingan konseling 4) product, jumlah siswa yang bermasalah setelahdiadakan layanan BK dan jumlah siswa yang berprestasi setelahdiadakan layanan BK. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakanadalah penelitian evaluasi, dilaksanakan di SMAN 16 Bandar Lampungkelas X. Data diambil menggunakan angket, observasi, dokumen, dan test, serta dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) nilai context, aspek tingkat kebutuhan siswa terhadap layanan BK (Tinggi = 66,3%, Sedang = 33,7%, Rendah = 0%), dukungan sekolah terhadap layanan BK (Tinggi = 81,2%, Sedang =17,8%, Rendah = 3%), iklim sekolah (Baik = 71,2%, Cukup = 27,8%, Kurang = 3%) ; 2) nilai input karakteristik siswa (Baik = 71,2%, Cukup = 15,8%, Kurang = 13%), karakteristik guru BK (Baik = 83,5%, Cukup = 12,5%, Kurang = 4%), sarana dan prasarana BK (Baik = 79,4%, Cukup = 10,6%, Kurang = 10%), dan kelembagaan (Baik = 73,4%, Cukup = 12,6%, Kurang = 14%) ; 3) process, dilakukan siswa (Baik = 76,3%, Cukup = 13,7%, Kurang = 10%), guru dalam pelayanan BK (Baik = 72,3%, Cukup = 23,7%, Kurang = 5%), monitoring BK (Baik = 83,3%, Cukup = 13,7%, Kurang = 4%) ; 4) product, jumlah siswa yang bermasalah setelah diadakan layanan BK = 10 (2,5%), jumlah siswa yang berprestasi dalam bidang akademik = 18 (5%), jumlah siswa yang berprestasi dalam bidang olah raga = 9 (2,3%), jumlah siswa yang berprestasi dalam nasional 4 (1%), pretasi bidang lain = 5 (1,2%) Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, optimalisasi, tata tertib THE EVALUATION OF COUNSELING SERVICE PROGRAM FOR OPTIMALIZATION THE RULES FOR STUDENTS IN SMAN 16 BANDAR LAMPUNG This research is aimed to evaluate the component of : 1) context, the students’ level towards the counseling service, school support concerning the counseling service, and school atmosphere; 2) input, the characteristics of student and counseling teacher, and school facilities regarding counseling service; 3) process, of what student and teacher did during the counseling service and also monitoring of what they got in counseling.; 4) product, the number of students that got problems after the counseling service and the number of students that got achievement after the counseling service. The research approach which was used is evaluation research and conducted in SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung class X. The data collected by using questionnaire, observation, document and test, and also analized through qualitative descriptive. This research results: 1) context score, the aspect of students’ need level towards counseling service (High = 66.3%, Medium = 33.7%, Low = 0%), the school support regarding counseling service (High = 81.2%, Medium = 17,8%, Low = 3%), school atmosphere (Good = 71.2%, Fair = 27.8%, Poor = 3%); 2) input score for student characteristic (Good = 71.2%, Fair = 15.8%, Poor = 13%), counseling teacher’s characteristic (Good = 83.5%, Fair = 12.5%, Poor = 4%), facilities of counseling service (Good = 79.4%, Fair = 10.6%, Poor = 10%), institution (Good = 73.4%, Fair = 12.6%, Poor = 14%); 3) process, student (Good = 76.3%, Fair = 13.7%, Poor = 10%), teacher in conducting counseling (Good = 72.3%, Fair = 23.7%, Poor = 5%), counseling service monitoring (Good = 83.3%, Fair = 13.7%, Poor = 4%); 4) product, the number of students who got problem after counseling = 10 (2.5%), the number of students who got academic achievement after counseling = 18 (5)%, the number of students who got achievement in sports after counseling = 9 (2.3%), the number of students who got national achievement after counseling = 4 (1%), other achievements = 5 (1.2%).
