Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Multi Nutrients Sauce (MNS) ERO II pada ransum terhadap konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot tubuh sapi potong. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 30 Oktober 2015 — 6 Desember 2015 di kandang sapi penggemukan milik Ngudi Makmur, Desa Mulyo Asri, Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Analisis sampel ransum dilakukan di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 kelompok. Perlakuan adalah: 1. Ransum basal; 2. Ransum basal + 10% MNS; dan 3. Ransum Unila + 10% MNS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Multi Nutrients Sauce (MNS) ERO II dalam ransum memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi, dan pertambahan bobot tubuh harian. Kata kunci : Multi Nutrients Sauce, bobot tubuh dan sapi potong ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Multi Nutrients Sauce (MNS) ERO II in the ration on feed consumption and body weight gain of beef cattle. The research was conducted on October 30, 2015 - December 6, 2015 in fattening cowshed belonging to Ngudi Makmur, Mulyo Asri village, District Tulang Bawang Tengah, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Analysis of samples ration conducted at the Laboratory of Nutrition and Feed Science. Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (CRD) with three treatments and four block. The treatments were: 1. Basal diet; 2. Basal diet + 10% MNS; and 3. Unila diets + 10% MNS. Result of experiment showed that the addition of Multi Nutrients Sauce (MNS) ERO II significantly effect (P<0.05) on consumption, and daily weight gain in beef cattle.
