Perlindungan anak merupakan salah satu upaya yang terus dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengurangi jumlah kekerasan yang terjadi. Upaya perlindungan anak tidak dapat dilakukan hanya oleh pemerintah saja, namun perlu ada peran serta masyarakat dan lembaga masyarakat yang fokus terhadap masalah perlindungan anak.Salah satu lembaga yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam upaya perlindungan anak tersebut adalah Lembaga Perlindungan Anak(LPA) Kabupaten Pringsewu.Partisipasi LPA dalam upaya perlindungan anak di Kabupaten Pringsewu menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap jumlah kekerasan yang terjadi pada tahun 2014. Oleh karena itu penting dilakukan penelitian tentang bentuk partisipasi dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat partisipasi LPA dalam upaya perlindungan anak. Tujuannya untuk mengetahuibentuk partisipasi LPA serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk partisipasi LPA dalam tahap perencanaan berada pada tangga partisipasi CitizenPower. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, LPA mampu menggerakkan sumber daya, mampu melaksanakan koordinasiserta penjabaran program namun dana yang dimiliki terbatas. Bentuk partisipasi LPA dalam pengambilan manfaat adalah partisipasi horizontal. Dalam evaluasi perlindungan anak meliputi evaluasi program perlindungan anak, evaluasi data jumlah kasus kekerasan, jumlah kasus yang didampingi serta pemantauan korban.Dalam pelaksanaan program ini terdapat beberapa kendala mulai dari antusias masyarakat, kurangnya lembaga mitra, sarana dan prasarana, belum ada target. Maka perlu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, menambah sarana dan prasarana,penentuan target program perlindungan. Kata kunci: Partisipasi, lembaga perlindungan anak. Participation of Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) in the Protection of Children in Pringsewu Regency Child protection is one of the efforts that continue to be made by the government Pringsewu Regency in reducing the amount of violence that occurred. Child protection efforts can not be done only by the government but there needs to be participation of the community and community organizations focused on child protection issues. One of the institutions that participated in the child protection efforts is the Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) Pringsewu Regency. LPA participation in the protection of children in the District Pringsewu showed significant gains against the violence which occurred in 2014. Therefore, it is important to do research on the forms of participation and supporting factors and inhibitors of LPA participation in child protection efforts. The goal is to determine the LPA forms of participation and to identify enabling and inhibiting factors. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results show that the LPA form of participation in the planning stages are on the ladder of participation Citizen Power. During the implementation phase, LPA is able to mobilize resources, able to carry out coordination and elaboration of programs but funding is limited. LPA form of participation in decision benefits is horizontal participation. In the evaluation of child protection including child protection program evaluation, evaluation data on the number of cases of violence, the number of cases and monitoring of victims assisted. In the implementation of this program there are several obstacles ranging from enthusiastic people, lack of partner institutions, facilities and infrastructure, yet there is no target. It is necessary to increase public participation, adding infrastructure, targeting protection program. Keywords: Participation, child protection agencies
