ABSTRAK Banyak hal yang perlu dipersiapkan sebelum melakukan produksi acara, mulai dari pra produksi, produksi, hingga pasca produksi, sehingga menghasilkan program yang menarik dan informatif. Ketertarikan penulis ingin mengetahui proses pembuatan program televisi yang menarik dan informatif untuk masyarakat, serta mengetahui proses produksi televisi (pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi) program Negeri Indonesia produksi TVRI Lampung. Tipe penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan dua tayangan terbaru Negeri Indonesia sebagai obyek penelitian. Landasan konseptual yang digunakan mengenai tahapan produksi yang dikemukakan oleh Fred Wibowo dalam bukunya “Tahapan Produksi Program Televisi”(2007). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak semua tahapan produksi dilakukan oleh seluruh crew, karena setiap crew mempunyai tugas di setiap tahapannya. Terdapat perbedaan antara produksi Februari-Maret 2016 dan program Negeri Indonesia produksi TVRI Lampung melalui tahapan produksi yang dikemukakan oleh Fred Wibowo yaitu: a. Pra produksi (penemuan ide, perencanaan, persiapan), b. Produksi(visualisasi konsep, gagasan/ide), c. Pasca produksi (mixing, editing, evaluasi). Kata Kunci : Program Televisi, Tahapan Produksi Program, Analisis Deskriptif. ABSTRACT There are some important stages in preparing a television program. Those are pre production, production, and after production to produce an interesting and informative program. The research aims to find out how the process of making television programs in an interesting and informative to the public, as well as to understand about the process a production of television (pre production, production, after production) program of “Negeri Indonesia” in TVRI Lampung. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The objects of this research are two episodes of TVRI Lampung. This research refers to production stages proposed Fred Wibowo in his book “Tahapan Produksi Program Televisi”(2007). The result of this research showed that not all stages production done by all crew, there are duty in each stage. There is a difference between the production of February and March 2016. Program “Negeri Indonesia” produced by TVRI Lampung has been through that forward by Fred Wibowo, which is: a. pre production (discovery idea, planning, preparation), b. production (visualize the concept, the ideas), c. after production (mixing, editing, evaluation) .
