Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat kesuksesan Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih berjumlah lima orang yang merupakan individu yang mempunyai banyak informasi mengenai Kopma Unila. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada empat faktor pendorong kesuksesan Kopma Unila yaitu Sumber Daya Anggota, ketersediaan modal, relasi dan kerjasama, dan manajemen. Sedangkan Sumber Daya Manusia, budaya organisasi, dan sistem adalah tiga faktor penghambat kesuksesan kopma unila. Kata kunci : Faktor Pendorong, Faktor Penghambat, Koperasi Mahasiswa. abstract This research was aimed to investigate the factors of driving and inhibiting success of Lampung University Students' Cooperation. The type of this research is descriptive using qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data were interview, participant observation and documentation. There were five people selected as infomants who have a lot of information about Lampung University Students' Cooperation. Based on conducted research, the result shows that there are four driving success factors of Lampung University Students' Cooperation. They are member resources, availability of capital, relations and co-operation, and management. While, human resources, organizational culture, and systems are three inhibiting success of Lampung University Students' Cooperation. Key words : Driving Factors , Inhibiting Factors, Students’ Cooperation.
