Perkembangan dunia usaha dengan didukung perkembangan teknologi komputer memungkinkan pembuatan aplikasi yang dapat menunjang pekerjaan. Saat ini semakin banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data untuk mengolah informasi, agar informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih tertata rapi. Sehingga jika suatu saat informasi tersebut akan digunakan kembali dapat diambil dengan cepat dan mudah. MOBEE SHOP merupakan salah satu UMKM yang membutuhkan sistem aplikasi berupa sistem pengolahan barang agar proses pengelolaan menjadi lebih maksimal dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menerapkan sistem aplikasi pengelolaan sirkulasi barang pada UMKM MOBEE SHOP menggunakan Borland Delphi 7. Hasil penelitian adalah dibuatnya sebuah sistem aplikasi pengelolaan sirkulasi barang yang diterapkan pada UMKM MOBEE SHOP dengan pengujian menggunakan black box testing. Pada sistem aplikasi ini memiliki tiga dashboard, yaitu untuk admin, pimpinan, dan pegawai penjualan. Dengan adanya sistem aplikasi pengelolaan sirkulasi barang ini pihak UMKM dapat mengontrol pengelolaan barang secara optimal. Kelebihan sistem aplikasi ini adalah adanya fasilitas menu laporan yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan laporan transaksi pembelian, transaksi penjualan yang terjadi pada UMKM MOBEE SHOP, dan laporan persediaan barang. Laporan yang disediakan pada sistem aplikasi ini antara lain laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian dan laporan data barang. Hasil pengujian black box testing diperoleh bahwa seluruh fungsi dari sistem aplikasi ini berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan memenuhi kebutuhan dari UMKM MOBEE SHOP. Today more and more companies are using the data processing applications to process information, so that the resulting information into more orderly. So that if one day the information will be reused can be retrieved quickly and easily. MOBEE SHOP is one of the SMEs which requires the application system in the form of goods processing systems that process management is becoming more optimally and efficiently. This research aims to create and implement a system management application circulation of goods on SMEs MOBEE SHOP using Borland Delphi 7. Results of the study is made of a system management application that is applied to the circulation of goods MOBEE SHOP SMEs with testing using black box testing. In this application system has three dashboard, namely for admins, managers, and salespeople. With a system of circulation of this management application can control the management of SMEs optimally. The advantages of this application system is the facility that serves the report menu to display a report of purchase transactions, sales transactions that occurred on SMEs MOBEE SHOP, and inventory reports. The report provided on the system 's applications include sales reports, purchasing reports and report data items. The test results showed that the black box testing the entire functionality of the application system is running properly and meet the needs of SMEs MOBEE SHOP.
