Abstract
This study is intended to empirically examines the comparison of districts/municipalities’performance between whom achieved unqualified opinion and non unqualified opinion. The samples used in this study were collected using purposive judgment sampling method. the results of this study show that there are different performances between districts/municipalities that achieved unqualified opinion and non unqualified opinion. The contribution that might be used is not to ignore EKPPD and GDRP in decision making in order to achive well managed districts/municipalities. Keywords: The evaluation of government’s performance, Gross Domestic Regional Product, audit opinion.
