ABSTRAK Masa remaja merupakan masa pembentuk identitas diri. Maka masa remaja sangat rentan terpengaruh dampak negatif dari lingkungan, demikian juga remaja putri. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mengurahi kerentanan tersebut dengan kuatnya komunikasi keluarga terutama komunikasi antara ibu rumah tangga dengan remaja putrinya. Komunikasi antarpribadi ibu dengan remaja putri yang kuat akan menumbuhkan kepercayaan remaja putri terhadap keluarga. Penelitian ini menganalisis besarnya pengaruh komunikasi antarpribadi antara ibu dengan remaja putrinya dalam memberikan kepercayaan (trust) pada remaja putri di dalam keluarga. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kredibilitas sumber (source credibility theory). Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh komunikasi antarpribadi ibu rumah tangga dalam memberikan kepercayaan (trust) pada remaja putri di dalam keluarga sebesar 23,4% dengan taraf signifikan 95%. Kata kunci: Komunikasi antarpribadi, ibu rumah tangga, remaja putri, kepercayaan. ABSTRACT Adolescense is a period of identity formation. Then adolescense are particularly vulnerable affected by the negative impact of the environment, as well as the adolescent girl. One of the factors that can reduce vulnerability of these is the strong family communication, especially interpersonal communication mother’s with her adolescent girl. Interpersonal communication between houswife and the adolescent girl strong will foster the trust of the adolescent girl in the family. This study analyzed the scale of interpersonal communication effect between housewife and the adolescent girl in giving trust to the adolescent girl towards the family. This research method with quantitative and descriptive approach through the data collection questionnaire and interviews. Data analysis using by simple linear regression analysis and double regressionanalysis. The theory used in this study is the source credibility theory (source credibility theory. The result shows the effect of interpersonal communication in giving trust (trust) in adolescent girl in the family is 23.4% with the significant level of 95%.
