ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence of school leadership, school culture and teacher performance on the effectiveness school of SMA Negeri District Pringsewu. This research is quantitative descriptive, population in this study is the number of teachers in SMA Negeri in District Pringsewu consisting of 9 State schools, This research is quantitative descriptive, population in this study is the number of teachers in high schools in District Pringsewu consisting of 9 SMA Negeri, Then using the Cluster Sampling 4 schools obtained the population in this study. The population in this study a total of 129 teachers and smples 98 teacher. The samples for teachers conducted by using the formula Slovin. Data was collected by questionnaire. Analysis of data using path analysis (path analysis). This study was conducted to determine how much influence school leadership, school culture and teacher performance on the effectiveness of the school. Efforts to develop school effectiveness researchers suggest using a model Grow-me. The results of this study indicate that principle leadership have a significant effect on the effectiveness school of 34,66%, school culture significantly influence the effectiveness school of 21,23%, and teacher performance significantly influence the effectiveness school of 17,97%. School leadership, school culture and teacher performance together have a significant effect on the effectiveness school of 73,86%. Keywords: School culture, school effectiveness, leadership, teacher performance ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA SEKOLAH, DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SEKOLAH DI SMA NEGERI KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU Oleh NURHAFIFAH Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah di SMA Kabupaten Pringsewu baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Pringsewu yang terdiri atas 9 sekolah, kemudian dengan menggunakan Cluster Sampling didapat 4 sekolah yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 129 guru dengan sampel 98 guru. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan mengunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Upaya Mengembangkan efektivitas sekolah peneliti menyarankan menggunakan model Grow-me. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 34,66%, budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 21,23% dan kinerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 17,97%. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 73,86%, Kata Kunci: Budaya sekolah, efektivitas sekolah, kepemimpinan, kinerja guru
