ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH, KINERJA GURU, BUDAYA ORGANISASI MADRASAH TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG Oleh DYAH NOVITA ANGGRAINI KUSWANTO Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis: 1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pendidikan karakter, 2) pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap pendidikan karakter, 3) pengaruh budaya organisasi madrasah terhadap pendidikan karakter, dan 4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi madrasah secara bersama-sama terhadap pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan (ex post facto) dengan teknik korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang dengan Sampel sebanyak jumlah guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pendidikan karakter, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kinerja guru terhadap pendidikan karakter, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi madrasah terhadap pendidikan karekter dan 4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi madrasah secara bersama-sama terhadap pendidikan karakter. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi Madrasah, Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah, Kinerja Guru, Pendidikan Karakter ABSTRAC THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TO CHARACTER EDUCATION AT SCHOOL WITH THE ISLAMIC NUANCES IN TULANG BAWANG DISTRICT By DYAH NOVITA ANGGRAINI KUSWANTO The purpose of analysis were: the influence of principal leadership, the influence of teacher’s performance to character education, the influence of organizational culture, and the influence of principal leadership, teacher’s performance, school culture organization all together to character education at school with the islamic nuances in Tulang Bawang District. This research was in the form of quantitative with expost facto approach, and using corellational technique. There were all teachers as population and as sample simultanously. They were from Islamic Junior High School in Tulang Bawang District. Data were gathered using questionaire and then analysed using simple regression technique and multiple regression. The result showed that 1) there was a possitive and significant influence between principal leadership to character education, 2) there were possitive and significant influence between teacher performance to character education, 3) there were a possitive and significant influence between organizational school culture to character education school culture organization and 4) there were possitive and significant influence among principal leadership, teacher performance, and school culture organization all together to character education.
