Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kekalahan pasangan incumbent Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar pada pelaksanaan pilkada Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2015. Hal ini tidak semestinya terjadi mengingat latar belakang pasangan ini memiliki pengalaman diberbagai bidang. Namun nyatanya belum mampu membawa pasangan ini memenangkan pilkada Kota Bandar Lampung dengan perolehan suara yang hanya menembus angka 11,34%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor kekalahan Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar pada pemilihan kepala daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Indikator dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan Sosiologis, Pendekatan Psikologis, dan Pendekatan Rasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemilih berdasarkan pendekatan sosiologis merupakan faktor kekalahan yang dilihat dari penilaian usia, agama, pekerjaan, dan etnis. Perilaku pemilih di Bandar Lampung ternyata tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosiologis. Sedangkan pada pendekatan psikologis, Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar belum mampu dianggap sebagai figur yang ditokohkan oleh pemilih di Bandar Lampung.. Pendekatan rasional dari perilaku pemilih melalui penilaian orientasi kandidat, isu dan pencitraan menunjukkan bahwa informasi mengenai visi misi dan sosok Tobroni harun informasinya tidak sampai ke masyarakat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemilih di Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan pemilih rasional sehingga kekalahan Tobroni sepenuhnya karena pemilih sudah sangat rasional. Faktor lain yang ditemukan peneliti adalah dikarenakan konflik internal Partai Amanat Nasional dalam memperkuat dukungan Tobroni Harun. Selain itu tim sukses kurang melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal di akibatkan karena kurangnya logistik yang diberikan Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar. Kata kunci : Pilkada, Kekalahan, Perilaku Pemilih, DEFEAT OF TOBRONI HARUN-KOMARUNIZAR IN THE REGIONAL ELECTION OF BANDAR LAMPUNG 2015 The defeat incumbent partner Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar on the implementation of the election in Bandar Lampung 2015. It should not be occured to remind the partner's background who has experiences in some fields. in fact, it has not been able to carry out this partner for winning the election of Bandar Lampung with the acquisition voicethat only reach 11.34%. The purpose of this reseach is to know whether the defeat factors of Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar in the regional election of Bandar Lampung. This research indicators are Sosiology approach, psychology approach, and rational approach. Reseach metodhology which is used is descriptive qualitative research. Final reserch shows that thebehavior of constituent is according to sosiological approach that is the defeat factor which is looked at the value of age, religion, occupation, and ethic. The constituent's behavior in Bandar Lampung is not influenced by sociological factor. Whereas, in psychology aproach, Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar have not been able to be considered as a figure who is figured by constituent in Bandar Lampung. Rational approach from the action of constituent through the value of candidate orientation, issue and imaging which show that the informationin vission and mission and a figure of Tobroni Harun do not come to the society. It can be concluded that the constituent in Bandar Lampung is a rational constituent. The cause of the defeating of Tobroni is rational enough. Another factor found by researcher is caused an internal conflict of PAN on making strength of supporting Tobroni Harun. Besides that, the success team is less in doing their mission. It was caused less of logistic which was given by Tobroni Harun-Komarunizar. Keywords: Behavior's Constituent, Defeat, Election.
