Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan hasil pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Kubu Perahu. Metode deskriptif dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berfokus pada proses dan hasil. Proses dijabarkan dalam empat dimensi, yaitu: Access to Information, Inclusion and Participation, Accountability dan Local Organization Capacity. Hasil dibagi menjadi dua indikator, yaitu: indikator tidak langsung pemberdayaan dan indikator langsung pemberdayaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1) Proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang dilakukan Balai Besar TNBBS dan masyarakat Desa Kubu Perahu masih belum optimal. 2) Hasil dari pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Kubu Perahu bahwa belum mencapai keberhasilan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Diperlukannya perbaikan kerja sama antara Balai Besar TNBBS dan Masyarakat Desa Kubu Perahu terkait pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Masyarakat juga harus berfikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan potensi dan peluang yang ada terkait pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat, Proses, Hasil ABSTRAK INGGRIS The purpose of this study was to determine how the process and outcome of economic empowerment in the Kubu Perahu Village. Descriptive method in this research is a qualitative approach that focuses on the process and outcome. The process described in four dimensions, namely: Access to Information, Inclusion and Participation, Accountability and Local Organization Capacity. The outcome are divided into two indicators, namely: indirect indicators of empowerment and direct indicators of empowerment. The results obtained are: 1) The process of economic empowerment that have done Balai Besar TNBBS and villagers of Kubu Perahu is still not run optimally. 2) The outcome of the economic empowerment in the Kubu Perahu Village that have not yet reached the success of economic empowerment and social welfare. It needs a better improvement of cooperation between Balai Besar TNBBS and those peoples of Kubu Perahu Village related to that community economic empowerment. Communities also need critical thinking, creative and innovative in exploiting the potential of and opportunities related to economic empowerment.
