Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

PIK (Pusat Informasi dan Konseling) adalah salah satu wadah yang dikembangkan dalam program GenRe, yang dikelola dari, oleh dan untuk Remaja/Mahasiswa guna memberikan pelayanan informasi dan konseling tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan. Pusat informasi dan konseling merupakan program BKKBN (Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional). Tujuan dari PIK adalah memberikan informasi PKBR (penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja), pendewasaan usia perkawinan, keterampilan hidup (Life Skills), Pelayanan Konseling dan Rujukan PKBR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan-tujuan dalam pelaksanaan program Pusat Informasi dan Konseling di BKKBP Kota Bandar Lampung. Fokus penelitian yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan Pusat Informasi dan Konseling di BKBPP Kota Bandar lampung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pusat Informasi dan Konseling sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun untuk sumber daya manusia dan non manusianya masih belum maksimal karena salah satu PIK dikecamatan tidak berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Untuk itu BKBPP sebaiknya lebih memperbanyak jumlah sumber daya manusinya bagi tiap-tiap PIK yang ada, serta lebih memperhatikan apa saja sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan untuk terselenggaranya PIK dengan lancar. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Publik, Implementasi Kebijakan Publik, Program PIK ABSTRACT PIK (Information and Conseling Center) is a place that was developed in GenRe’ program which managed from from, by and for teenagers/college students to provide services information and counseling about maturation age of marriage. Information and Counseling Center is one of program in BKKBN (Bodies of national population and family planning). The purpose of PIK is giving information about PKBR (Prepartion of life for adolescents) which are maturation age marriage, life skills, counseling service and PKBR reference. This research purposes is to give an overview whether the purpose of the program have been achived or not. The focus of this research is how does the implementation of Information and Counseling center at BKBPP in Bandar Lampung city. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, documentations and observations. The result of research show that the center of information and counseling has been running well, but for human resources and non human resources is still not effective and efficient. So that BKBPP should be adding more human resources for every PIK and pay more attention to facilities and infrastructures that is required for the implementation of PIK.
