Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi RTSM dalam meningkatkan pendidikan anak pada penerima bantuan PKH di Desa Negararatu, Kecamatan Natar, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik porposive sampling sehingga informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: 1) partisipasi orang tua RTSM dalam meningkatkan pendidikan anak yaitu: adanya peran serta dari bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) digunakan semaksimal mungkin untuk pendidikan anak dalam bentuk keuangan, partisipasi dalam bentuk moril, partisipasi dalam bentuk tenaga atau keahlian, dan partisipasi dalam bentuk sarana dan prasarana. 2) faktor pendorong orang tua RTSM dalam menyekolahkan anak antara lain: keinginan orang tua, persepsi orang tua yang sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan, pengaruh lingkungan sosial. 3) faktor penghambat orang tua RTSM dalam menyekolahkan anak antara lain: kondisi ekonomi, kendala saat menghadapi anak ketika hendak sekolah yaitu ketidaktersediaan uang jajan anak, malas, jarak dari rumah ke sekolah. 4) partisipasi orang tua pada satuan pendidikan yaitu: semua orang tua menyekolahkan anak di satuan pendidikan, dan mengikuti syarat ketentuan PKH bidang pendidikan. Kata Kunci Partisipasi, PKH, pendidikan Participation Household Very Poor (RTSM) Increase in Child Education (Study in Community Program Beneficiaries Family Hope (PKH) in the Negararatu Village, Subdistrict Natar, District South Lampung) This study aims to determine the participation of extremely poor households to improve the education of children in the family program beneficiaries expectations (PKH) in Negararatu Village, Subdistricts Natar, District South Lampung. This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Mechanical determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique so that the informants in this study amounted to 6 people. The results were obtained: (1) parent participation very poor households (RTSM) in improving the education of children, namely: the participation of assistance the Family Hope Program (PKH) used as much as possible to children's education in the form of financial participation in the form of moral, participation in the form of labor or expertise, and participation in the form of facilities and infrastructure. (2) factors driving parents extremely poor households (RTSM) in educating children, among others: the desire of parents, the perception of parents are aware of the importance of education, the influence of social environment. (3) factors inhibiting the parents extremely poor households (RTSM) in educating children, among others: economic conditions, constraints in the face of a child when going to school, that is the unavailability of pocket money children, the lazy, the distance from home to school. (4) parent participation in the educational unit that is: all parents to send children in the education unit, and following the terms provisions of the Family Hope Program (PKH) education.
