Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesempatan kerja adalah banyaknya orang dapat terserap untuk bekerja pada suatu perusahaan atau suatu instansi. Kesempatan kerja ini akan menampung semua tenaga kerja yang tersedia apabila lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia mencukupi atau seimbang dengan banyaknya tenaga kerja yang tersedia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor pertumbuhan ekonomi, angkatan kerja, dan inflasi terhadap kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder runtun waktu (time series) selama periode 2000-2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan uji asumsi klasik, hipotesis, dan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 8. Hasil dari estimasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Angkatan Kerja, Inflasi dan Kesempatan Kerja ABSTRACT Employment opportunities are many people could be absorbed to work in a company or an agency. Employment opportunities will accommodate all of the available labor force when jobs provided insufficient or balanced with the amount of labor available This study aims to determine what factors influence economic growth, labor force, and inflation on employment in the province of Lampung. The data used is secondary data time series (time series) over the period 2000-2014. The method used approach is to use the classical assumption, hypothesis, and ordinary least squares (OLS) by using analytical tools Eviews 8. The results of the estimate of this study showed that the variables of economic growth and the labor force and significant positive effect on employment in the province of Lampung , While variable inflation and significant negative effect on employment in the province of Lampung.
