Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji Karakteristik Sosial Ekonomi Petani Kecil di Desa Poncowarno Kecamatan Kalirejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2015. Titik kajianya pada: umur, pendidikan, jumlah anak, rata-rata luas lahan, pendapatan, dan tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok minimum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 183 petani kecil, sampel diambil (25%) 46KK. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dengan tabel persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Sebanyak ((93,48%) umur petani kecil di Desa Poncowarno termasuk ke dalam usia produktif penuh, (2) Tingkat pendidikan petani kecil di Desa Poncowarno berpendidikan pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar sebanyak (52,17%), (3) Jumlah anak setiap keluarga petani kecil rata-rata sebanyak 3 anak,(4) Rata-rata luas lahan petani kecil di Desa Poncowarno 0,40 Ha yang terdiri dari rata-rata luas sawah 0,26 Ha, rata-rata luas ladang 0,09 Ha dan rata-rata luas pekarangan 0,04 Ha, (5) Sebanyak (76,09%) dari petani kecil memiliki pekerjaan tambahan, (6) Pendapatan rata-rata/bulan petani kecil di Desa Poncowarno sejumlah Rp 1.135.293/bulan dengan pendapatan tertinggi Rp 1.491.666/bulan dan pendapatan terendah Rp 791.666/bulan, (7) Tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok minimum petani kecil tidak terpenuhi sebanyak (58,6%), dengan tingkat kemiskinan sebagai berikut: pemenuhan < 75% (miskin sekali) sejumlah 17%, pemenuhan >75% - 125% (miskin) sejumlah 72 %, dan pemenuhan >125%-200% (hampir miskin) sejumlah 11%. Kata kunci: Sosial, Ekonomi, Petani Kecil abstract The aim of this research is to find out social economic characeristic of ordinary farmers in poncowarno village, kalirejo district, central lampung regency in 2015. The point scopes are: age, education, the total of students, the average of wide area, income, and the rankof minimum fullfilment main need. The method of this research uses the descriptive method. The total population are 183 ordinary farmer, the sample was taken (25%.) 46 head of family. The data were taken by those technique of observation and interview, quesionaire, and documentation. The analysis was asked using table of presentage. The resultof this research shows: (1) For about (93,48%) the age of the little farmers in Poncowarno are included to of full productive age, (2) Most of the little farmers in Poncowarno are educated in Elementary School for about (52,17%),(3) Most of the little farmers in Poncowarno have 3 childrens, (4) The average land owned small farmers in the village Poncowarno of 0,40 Ha than the average area of 0,26 Ha of paddy fields, the average area of 0,09 Ha fields and the average area of 0,04 Ha grounds (5) (76,09%) of the little farmers have side jobs which most of them to be the farmer woker (6) Little farmers in Poncowarno have income average on Rp 1.135.293/mont and the highest income is Rp 1.491.666/mont and the lowest income is Rp 791.666/mont, (7)The minimum level of subsistence of small farmers mostly are not reached as many (58,6%)With fulfillment of <75% (very poor) for aboyt 17%, fulfillment of >75%- 125% (poor) for about 72%, and the fulfillment of > 125%-200% (almost poor) for about 11%.
