Kebutuhan akan layanan kesehatan saat ini sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah masyarakat mencari informasi mengenai layanan kesehatan yang ada disekitar tempat tinggal mulai dari rumah sakit(RS), Apotek, Dokter praktik, Klinik, Rumah Bersalin/Bidan, dan Pengobatan Alternatif. Dalam mencari layanan informasi kesehatan, banyak masyarakat belum mengetahui apakah disekitar tempat tinggal terdapat pelayanan kesehatan atau tidak. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem informasi yang dapat diakses untuk dapat melakukan pencarian layanan kesehatan khususnya di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memvisualisasikan data spasial berikut atributnya untuk memodifikasi bentuk, warna, ukuran dan simbol pada peta geografis. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi layanan kesehatan melalui peta geografis. Perancangan sistem informasi geografis layanan kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat berdasarkan kuesioner pada tahap analisis kebutuhan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan data sebanyak 107 pusat layanan kesehatan yang meliputi 11 Rumah Sakit(RS), 22 Apotek, 20 Bidan/RSB(Rumah Sakit Bersalin), 14 Puskesmas, 4 Pengobatan Alternatif, 15 Klinik, dan 20 Dokter Praktik. Dari hasil pengujian fungsional Admin, Staff dan user Sistem Informasi Geografis Layanan Kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung, menunjukan bahwa pengujian fungsional yang telah tercapai. Pengujian tersebut didapat dari borang pengujian fungsional admin dan Staff meliputi fitur login, menambah data, edit data, hapus data, dan melihat data, serta borang pengujian fungsional user yang meliputi mengakses home peta, dan melihat informasi layanan kesehatan yang menyatakan semua fitur atau tampilan sistem berjalan dengan sesuai. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis Layanan Kesehatan dinyatakan berhasil. Dilihat dari hasil UAT (User Acceptance Test) aspek kemudahan didapat penilaian tertinggi 75% dengan skala ukur baik, aspek pencapaian tujuan didapat penilaian tertinggi 80% dengan skala ukur baik, dan aspek apresiasi didapat penilaian tertinggi 60% dengan skala ukur baik. Kata Kunci : SIG, Layanan Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung, Bandar Lampung. abstract The need for health care services currently indispensable to facilitate public who looking for information on existing health services around the residences ranging from Hospital, a Pharmacy, a Doctors on Practice, Clinics, Maternity Homes/midwife, and Alternatives treatments. In searching for health information service , many people do not know whether around the residence are health care or not. It is necessary for the information system that is accessible to be able to do a search of health services especially in the city of Bandar Lampung. Geographic information systems (GIS) have a good ability in visualizing spatial data with the following attributes to modify the shapes, colors, sizes and symbols on a geographical map. By utilizing this technology can help the community in seeking health care information through a geographical map. The design of geographical information system of health care in the city of Bandar Lampung is the waterfall method by adjusting the required needs of society based on a questionnaire on the needs analysis phase. Research conducted using the data as much as 107 health service centers that include 11 Hospitals, 22 Pharmacies, 20 Midwives/ maternity hospital, 14 health center, 4 Alternative Treatment, 15Clinics, and 20 Doctors on practice. Functional test results from the Admin, Staff and users of geographic information systems of health care in the city of Bandar Lampung, showing that functional testing that has been achieved. These tests are derived from the functional testing form admin and Staff include the login feature, add data, edit data, delete the data, and look at the data, as well as functional testing form user accesses the home that includes a map, and see health service information stating all the features or the look of the system runs with the match. The design of Geographical information system of health care was declared successful. Judging from the results of the UAT (User Acceptance Test) aspects of the obtained the highest assessment of ease of 75% with a measuring scale is good, aspects of goal achievement obtained the highest scoring 80% with a measuring scale well, and aspects of the obtained the highest assessment appreciation of 60% with a measuring scale either.
