Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pelaksanaan pemilu, di Indonesia baik pemilu legislatif, pemilu presiden ataupun pemilu kepala daerah selalu munculnya fenomenan pemilih golongan putih atau golput. Golput juga terjadi di pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Bandar Lampung tahun 2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor penyebab golput terhadap golputnya masyarakat, besarnya pengaruh tersebut dan faktor-faktor mana yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap golputnya masayarakat kelurahan Kampung Baru kecamatan Labuhan Ratu kota Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan faktor-faktor penyebab golput yaitu faktor psikologis, faktor sistem politik, faktor keercayaan politik dan faktor sistem politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Explanatory Research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunkan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor-faktor penyabab golput terhadap golputnya masyarakat kelurahan Kampung Baru kecamatan Labuhan Ratu kota Bandar Lampung pada pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Bandar Lampung tahun 2015. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut adalah 48,2% dan sisanya yaitu 51,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak ditelit. Keempat faktor-faktor penyebab golput berpengaruh karena secara serentak dan secara parsial terhadap golputnya masyarakat. Faktor-faktor penyebab golput yang paling berpengaruh terhadap golputnya masyarakat keluarahan Kampung Baru adalah faktor kepercayaan politk karena faktor kepercayaan politik yang melihat bahwa prilaku golput muncul akibat dari ketidak percayaan seorang golput terhadap saluran politik dalam bentuk kandidat atau partai poltik Kata kunci : Faktor-faktor penyebab golput, golput, pemilihan kepala daerah GOLPUT FACTORS CAUSE OF MAYOR AND DEPUTY MAYOR ELECTION 2015 (Studies in Kampung Baru subdistrict of Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung) Election, in Indonesia, both the legislative elections, the presidential election or the election of regional heads is always the emergence fenomenan white group of voters or non-voters. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the causal factors golputnya abstentions against society, the magnitude of these effects and the factors which have more influence on society golputnya village Kampung Baru subdistrict of Labuhan Queen city of Bandar Lampung. Theoretical approach used in this study is the approach of the causal factors that abstentions are psychological factors, factors of political system, political trust factor and the factor of the political system. The method used in this research is quantitative method with type research Explanatory Research. The population in this study amounted to 90 people, the sampling technique by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that there are significant factors that abstentions penyabab the village community golputnya Kampung Baru subdistrict of Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung on the election of mayor and deputy mayor of Bandar Lampung in 2015. The magnitude of these effects is 48.2% and the remaining 51 , 8% influenced by other variables not ditelit. Fourth factors that cause abstentions effect as simultaneously and partially to golputnya society. Factors that cause the most influential abstentions golputnya Kampung Baru village community is political trust factor because of political beliefs to see that the behavior of non-voters arising from a non-voters distrust towards political channels in the form of the candidate or the political party.
