Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Industri kecil dan menengah merupakan sektor industri yang memiliki tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan industri besar pada umunya. Industri kecil dan menengah juga merupakan sektor industri yang tetap mampu bertahan di tengah krisis dan memiliki penyerapan tenaga kerja yang banyak dibandingkan dengan industri besar. Dalam usaha menumbuhkembangkan usaha kecil dan menengah serta untuk pengangguran, terdapat persoalan-persoalan yang perlu dipecahka, salah satunya yaitu tentang permintaan akan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri kreatif batik di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk menghitung dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh upah, tenaga terdidik dan nilai output terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri kreatif batik di Indonesia. Dari hasil perhitungan estimasi diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja 97,165% terhadap variasi variabel jumlah tenaga kerja. Sementara 3,00% variasi dalam variabel dependen dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan di dalam model. Kata kunci : Industri Kreatif Batik, Nilai Output, Tenaga Terdidik, Upah. abstract In generally ,small and medium industries are industries that have high levels of labor absorption is high compared to big industry. Small and medium industries is also an indrustrial sector that is still able to survive amid crisis and its have labor absorption that compared many to big industries. In an effort to develop small and medium enterprises as well as unemployment, there are issues that need to be solved problems,one of which is on the demand for labor.This research aims to determine the variables that influence labor absorption the creative industries batik in Indonesia. In this research using to linear analysis to calculate and analyze how large the influence of wage,educated personnel and the output value on employement in the batik industry in Indonesia. Estimates obtained from the calculation results that these variabel joint influence the size of the workforce demand and the remaining 97,165% to the variables for amount labor. While 3% of the variation in the dependent variable explained by other variables that are not desribed in the model. Keyword: Creative Industries Batik, Rated Output, Educated Workers, Wage.
