Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh Kepemilikan Perusahaan dan Ukuran Dewan terhadap Manajemen Laba. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 32 perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate dari Tahun 2010-2014. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba yang dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,001>0,05. Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba yang dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,078<0,05. Ukuran dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba yang dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,268<0,05. Kata kunci: Manajemen Laba, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Ukuran Dewan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of corporate ownership structure and board size on earnings management. The analytical method used is multiple regression. This study uses empirical data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 32 companies Property and Real Estate from 2010-2014. Based on the results of this research hypothesis testing proves that institutional ownership negative affect on earnings management as evidenced by the value of 0.001> 0.05. Managerial ownership has no effect on earnings management as evidenced by the value 0.078 <0.05. The size of the board has no effect on earnings management as evidenced by the value 0.268 <0.05.
