Desentralisasi fiscal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan suatu topik yang masih di bicarakan di perdebatkan oleh pakar ekonomi. Karena desentralisasi fiskal di pandang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan mengunakan variabel pengeluaran dan penerimaan dari APBD provinsi Lampung sebagai indikator desentralisasi fiskal. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui indikator PDRB(Produk domestic Regional Bruto) yang merupakan salah satu tolak ukur untuk melihat pertumbuhan ekonomi.dengan mengunakan PDRB sebagai Variabel terikat dan derajat desentralisasi Fiskal dan Belanja Modal sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil perhitungan ini mengunakan eviews 7 dengan mengunakan data panel dan metode estimasi last square dummy variabel ( LSDV) atau model estimasi fixed effect (FEM). Kata kunci : desentralisasi fiskal, APBD, PDRB, Belanja Modal, last square dummy variabel ( LSDV) dan model estimasi fixed effect (FEM), ABSTRACT Fiscal decentralization and economic growth is a topic which still speaks debated by economists. Due to fiscal decentralization in view to boost economic growth. By using variable expenditures and receipts of Lampung provincial budget as an indicator of fiscal decentralization. This researchers aimed to see how big the effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth through the indicator GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) which is one of the benchmarks to see growth economic. With using the GDP as the dependent variable and d degrees of fiscal decentralization and Capex as independent variables , The results of these calculations using eviews 7 by using panel data and estimation methods last square dummy variable (lSDV) or fixed effect estimation model (FEM).
