Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kota Bumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kompotensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru PAUD. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini mulai dilaksanakan dari tanggal 25 April sampai 6 mei 2016, Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 61 Guru, menggunakan Teknik sampel random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru PAUD. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui analisis data menggunakan korelasi spearman ranks sebesar 0,746. Kata kunci: kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik, anak usia dini ABSTRACT The problem of this research was the low performance of early childhood teachers in kotabumi kota subdistrict. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of pedagogic competency with the performance of early childhood teachers. The location of this research was in kotabumi kota subdistrict, north lampung regency. This research was started from 22nd march 2016 to 12th april 2016, by 61 teachers as the samples and using random sample technique. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaire and data analysis teachnique was using spearman rank correlation test. The result of this research showed that there was a relationship between pedagogic competency and the performance of early childhood tearchers. It was shown by the data analysis of spearman ranks correlation for about 0,746. Keywords : pedagogic competency, performance of early childhood teachers, early childhood
