ABSTRACT ANALYSIS IMPORT DEMAND OF CAPITAL GOODS IN INDONESIA By Deo Aldy Nugroho The purposes of this study to analyze the influence of the import demand of capital goods in Indonesia with independent variables national income, kurs, inflation, and foreign rates interest. This study uses time series data for 2004:Q1-2015:Q4 period, using multiple regression with error correction model (ECM) method. The result of the study shows that the national income has positive effect, kurs has negative effect, inflation has positive effect but not significant and foreign rate interest not effect the demand imports of capital goods in Indonesia. Key word : import of capital goods, national income, kurs, inflation, and foreign rate interest. ABSTRAK ANALISIS PERMINTAAN IMPOR BARANG MODAL DI INDONESIA Oleh Deo Aldy Nugroho Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan impor barang modal di Indonesia dengan variabel bebas pendapatan nasional, kurs, inflasi, dan suku bunga luar negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series pada periode 2004:Q1-2015:Q4, menggunakan regresi berganda dengan metode Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan nasional berpengaruh positif, kurs berpengaruh negatif, inflasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dan suku bunga luar negeri tidak berpengaruh terhadap permintaan impor barang modal. Kata Kunci : Impor barang modal, pendapatan nasional, kurs, inflasi, dan suku bunga luar negeri
